Engineering roots in Lucknow
The group begins in northern India with civil, electrical and mechanical contracting for power, steel and process plants.
- 2008
Telecom maintenance begins
Nexus Engineers takes on passive infrastructure maintenance for Indus Towers across six districts of Uttar Pradesh — a contract still running today.
- 2009
Eminent Infratech incorporated
The group’s engineering company is formally incorporated in Uttar Pradesh, taking on turnkey pipeline and plant contracts.
- 2018
Public water infrastructure
Work starts on World Bank–aided water supply schemes with UP Jal Nigam in Bahraich — reservoirs, deep tubewells and seventy kilometres of distribution.
- 2022
Licensed in Dubai
Eminent Nexus Technical Services is licensed by the Dubai Department of Economy & Tourism, opening the group’s Emirates operation.
- 2025
Abu Dhabi and the Kingdom
A metal construction contracting licence is established in Abu Dhabi, while the Dammam operation protects Saudi housing programmes for ROSHN and NHC.
