This website is published by the Eminent Group of Companies, comprising Eminent Infratech Pvt. Ltd. and Nexus Engineers (India), Eminent Nexus Technical Services LLC (Dubai), Eminent Nexus Industrial Contracting (Abu Dhabi), Eminent Trading LLC (Sharjah) and Eminent Nexus Company LLC (Dammam). Each is a separate legal entity; references to ‘the group’ are descriptive and do not create joint liability between them.
Use of the site

We take care that the project records, certifications and registrations described here are accurate at the time of publication. Licences and certificates carry expiry dates and are renewed in the ordinary course; current copies are available on request through our tenders desk. Project and client references
Projects and client names are published as a record of work delivered. Client logos and names remain the property of their owners and are used to identify the end-user of the works described, not to imply endorsement.

Photographs of our own projects, facilities and personnel are the property of the Eminent Group. Where a page uses illustrative imagery in place of project photography, it is used only to represent the type of work described.
Intellectual property
The Eminent name, logo and the design and content of this website are the property of the Eminent Group of Companies and are protected by applicable intellectual property law.

This website is provided for information. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss arising from reliance on its content. Contractual obligations arise only under a signed contract with the relevant operating company.
